Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Garland House find.  Eligible new merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or local pickup.  Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.  

Vintage, antique, original art, one-of-a-kind, furniture, lighting, special-order, and items marked Final Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Because many Garland House pieces are collected, vintage, or handmade, variations, patina, age-related wear, and other unique characteristics may be present.  These qualities are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly through our Contact page so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
